The current economy has created a shortage of technical
personnel that are needed to keep business networks up and
running. Companies do not necessarily need a full time
technology staff. They only require part time help. Other
companies that have a large technology staff may need
additional help during large implementations. Whatever the
technical staffing needs may be, our managers, engineers and
technicians are ready to plug into existing business
networks and carry out any necessary task that must be done
to keep the network operating. The following is a condensed
list of technical outsourcing possibilities:
Maintenance Contracts - SBR offers
customized and flexible maintenance contracts that fit any
budget. SBR will develop a maintenance plan that maintains
the reliability and functionality of all systems on your
network. The maintenance contract may be based on a fixed
budget, a semi-fixed budget or time and materials basis.
Ongoing Systems Monitoring - SBR will
monitor your critical servers and applications on a 24x7
basis using advanced systems management software. The
monitoring is intended to safeguard against catastrophic
system failure, allowing our engineers to proactively
resolve issues before disaster strikes.
Network
Administrator – Our network engineers may be utilized on
a part time basis to provide regular network maintenance and
administration. Many small to mid sized companies do not
require a full time administrator, our network
administrators carry out all of the required duties on a
part time basis, reducing the overall cost of hiring and
retaining staff, while keeping the network functioning.
Computer &
Printer Technicians – Some of our clients prefer to
enter into long term agreement that allows them to call in
our technicians on an as need basis. Our agreement has a
well-defined scope of work, with a well-defined response
time. This is a cost effective way to ensure that your IT
needs are met without having to hire and retain a large
technical staff.
Project
Managers – Our project managers are highly effective and
results oriented professionals. Clients have utilized our
project managers to manage the client’s staff for a specific
project implementation. Our project managers are sometime
better equipped to deliver an implementation, on time and on
budget, than the client’s own staff.
Programmers
– Application development projects may be very complex
and time consuming. However, once the software architecture
is well defined, coding may begin to take shape. Our
programmers may be integrated into a development team to
carry out specific coding tasks that enable the development
team to focus on more critical development issues.
IT Managers
– Our senior managers and consultants on occasion will
fill in as a department heads in the event an IT department
manager retires or resigns. Our managers provide leadership
and direction to the department under the guidelines of the
client’s senior management. This may be necessary as a
temporary measure until a permanent IT manager can be
recruited. |
